About Richard Gregory
I'm Richard Gregory, co-founder of AgencyNXD and a Non-Executive Director and board advisor to marketing agencies, MarTech firms, and ambitious technology businesses.
I help founders and leadership teams make better decisions about growth, profitability, operations, Go-To-Market strategy, exit preparation, and governance. My role is to bring independent perspective, constructive challenge, and practical experience to the boardroom — helping businesses turn ambition into clear priorities and sustainable progress.
My experience spans more than two decades in the digital, agency, and technology sectors. I previously served as Managing Director and COO of Latitude Digital Marketing, led Tech North, and co-founded SAScon. Today, alongside AgencyNXD, I advise and support a portfolio of agencies and technology companies through periods of growth, change, and strategic decision-making.
I'm based in Greater Manchester and remain an active supporter of the digital and technology community across the North of England.
